One Hundred and four golfers participated in an early morning shotgun start Texas Scramble at Cattail Crossing Golf & Winter Club up in north Edmonton. The weather was cooperative (as were the mosquitoes for the most part) making for an excellent opportunity for everyone to enjoy themselves out on the course. Our round was finished by most teams in well under 4.5 hours, which impressed not only the organizing committee but also the golf course personnel as well... usually tournaments of this style tend to stretch into a 5-hour undertaking!

Once the golf was done, everyone convened back inside to mingle and socialize with the other attendees. We also had a handful of other retirees join us just for lunch, so they too could take advantage of seeing many familiar faces again.

Following lunch, some individual and team awards, as well as some general door prizes, were handed out.
