What TR Golf is All About...
After a handful of years in hiatus, the annual TELUS Retirees Golf Tournament has returned with tremendous momentum! Now with an online presence, it is known as "TR Golf" for quick and easy recognition and access.
TELUS retirees, wanna-be retirees, and spouses are all welcome to come out and golf with us. The "overriding theme" we want to stress for this event is to not let a little golf get in the way of a good opportunity to socialize with old friends and former co-workers.
Our tournaments are an 18-Hole Texas Scramble event with a morning shotgun start. We will strive to keep the cost per golfer in the $125 range for as long as our operating costs permit this. This fee includes your golf, a shared power cart, a hot buffet lunch after our round, and maybe even a little swag to hand out. All beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are non-inclusive.

We encourage you to build your own foursome in advance - that way you can golf with whomever you want. But of course we are more than happy to have singles or couples register as well, and make up foursomes from those players.

Donating to the Cause
As we all know, corporate donations can be extremely hard to come by these days as businesses face increasingly tougher economic challenges and tightened budgets. But we have been very fortunate to have one donor who shows up year after year, to help support our own very tight budget and allow us to award some significant prizing to a few lucky attendees of our event.

THANK YOU, Reg Skitch and OnSite Communications for your generous contribution once again!

We would also like to thank BOB GISLASON for his prize donations as well.
